I needed to replace a kitchen faucet in my old condo and initially planned to have it installed by Home Depot. Unfortunately, the existing piping was outdated, and the isolation valves weren’t functioning. I had a few plumbers come by, but none wanted to take on the job. David from Sobo Plumbing was different—he came over, assessed the situation, explained the potential risks, and laid out a plan. After the condo management replaced the isolation valves, David returned promptly, installed the faucet, and even replaced a few old pipes at no additional cost.

The entire job was completed within an hour, and everything worked perfectly. In both interactions, David was responsive, punctual, and organized. His skills and professionalism really stood out, and his rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend Sobo Plumbing & Heating Ltd! David provided our family with exceptional customer service. He is very professional and friendly. We needed assistance when Atco moved our gas line. Atco turned off our gas and provided us with zero instructions on the next steps. Nothing worse than coming home from work, and kids from school, to learn we cannot turn on the stove.
